OUR 2025 In 2025 we have been involved in transactions worth over £40m purchase price and a rent roll in excess of £1million for the year. These transactions fall within the education market which includes mainstream schools, SEN schools, universities, colleges and day nurseries. We have seen continued growth within this extremely active market and expect continued growth throughout 2026. There are challenges ahead, mainly for day nurseries with the introduction of mandatory funded places and the SEN market with the unknown outcome of the government welfare bill this Autumn, however we are yet to see a tangible change in market activity. OUR EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENTS We consider that we are one of the market leaders in the education property sector, operating throughout London, the M25 region, and primarily across the South East of England. Our dedicated team specialises exclusively in this niche market, and we have successfully completed hundreds of transactions involving day nurseries, mainstream schools, specialist education facilities, colleges and universities. In recent years alone, we have transacted over £240 million in sales and acquisitions within the education sector—and continue to thrive in this highly specialised area of the property market. 2025 has furthered our reach across the UK having successfully transacted in Bristol, Burnley. Bournemouth, Bury St Edmunds, Kent, Surrey, amongst others, as well as continuing to focus within London and the M25.
