We can accept instructions on behalf of buyers and tenants, rather than acting on behalf of vendors and landlords.

In such circumstances we will work for the buyer or tenant in endeavouring to secure suitable premises and if successful, the buyer or tenant will be responsible for the payment of our fees.

Our instructions will include: researching the market, filtering suitable properties, carrying our initial inspections, negotiating terms and generally overseeing the sale or letting through to completion.

Fees will be due upon completion.

Bank Funding

Bernard Gordon & Company are now appointed as introducers for a major UK bank for D1 and D2 now (E , F, f1, f2 and Sui Generis) property funding.

Funding is available for the purchase of suitable D1/D2 now (E, F and sui generis) properties, to include: day nurseries, medical and dental accommodation, properties for religious occupation, training, schools, etc.

The percentage of D1/D2 now (E, F and sui generis) property bank funding will vary according to use and covenant, and can be as high as 100% for medical and dental premises, and 60-70% for day nurseries.
